The sponsor of this Sweepstakes is Clarissa J. Markiewicz ("Sponsor"). By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by all Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. ELIGIBILITY: Whimsy in July Sweepstakes 2020 (the “Sweepstakes”) are open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia) who, as of July 6, 2020, are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their respective states/jurisdictions of permanent residence, whichever is greater (the "Entrant"). Sponsor, and her respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective officers, directors and employees (the "Promotion Entities"), are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win a prize. Household Members and Immediate Family Members of such individuals are also not eligible to enter or win. "Household Members" shall mean those people who share the same residence at least three months a year. "Immediate Family Members" shall mean parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. Only one entry per social media handle per sweepstakes giveaway. Prizes cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or substituted by winner. Only one prize per person may be claimed. If the same person is randomly selected for more than one prize, only the first-drawn prize will be rewarded, and a new name will be randomly drawn for any subsequent prize(s). Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value if a prize described in these Official Rules is unavailable or cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason. The ARV of the prize represents Sponsor's good faith determination. That determination is final and binding and cannot be appealed. If the actual value of the prize turns out to be less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Automated or robotic Entries submitted by individuals or organizations will be disqualified. Internet entry must be made by the Entrant. Any attempt by Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins or any other methods, including, but not limited to, commercial contest/sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering services, will void Entrant's Entries and that Entrant may be disqualified. Any attempt to manipulate entry in any way will void Entrant's Entries and that Entrant may be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify and/or delete any entry that Sponsor determines, in her sole and absolute discretion, fails to comply with these requirements, or is in otherwise poor or inappropriate taste, or deemed offensive or threatening in any way. Final eligibility for the award of any prize is subject to eligibility verification as set forth. All Entries must be posted by the end of the Promotion Period in order to participate.

Incomplete, corrupted, or untimely entries are void and will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen or misdirected entries; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections; or miscommunications, computer or software malfunctions, telephone transmission problems, technical failures, garbled transmissions, damage to a user’s computer equipment (software or hardware), or other errors or malfunctions of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic or otherwise. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant or participant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, Internet service provider, or other organization (which may include an employer) responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. 5. WINNER SELECTION: The Winners of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing via https://commentpicker.com/random-name-picker.php or by other random generation from among all eligible Entries received throughout each Promotion Period. The random drawing will be conducted within approximately one (1) week after each Promotion Period by Sponsor or its designated representatives, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning will vary depending on the number of eligible Entries received.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winner will be notified by social media, either via direct messaging or public post, at the handle provided during entry within approximately one (1) week after the random drawing. Potential Winner must provide mailing address by email to receive prize as directed by Sponsor within two (2) weeks of notification. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive email account(s), technical difficulties associated therewith, or Winner’s failure to adequately monitor any account.

Any winner notification not responded to or returned as undeliverable may result in prize forfeiture. By accepting prize, Winner stipulates to meeting all eligibility requirements and releases Sponsor or its designated representatives of all liability. No substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted except by Sponsor. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
Potential winner is subject to verification by Sponsor, whose decision is final and BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES.
